Piet Breed

Piet has worked as a management consultant and coach for more than ten years.

During his career he engaged in a wide variety of activities, varying from academic work, consulting and training to line management and leadership roles in a variety of Dutch and international organisations.

He was

• General Manager of KDI, a consulting firm for quality management
• Human Resources Strategy Director for Lucent Technologies in the EMEA region
• Human Resources Development Director with AT&T Network Systems
• Head of training for Bureau Zuidema b.v.
• Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam

Piet has a Ph.D. in social sciences and is a certified user of a wide range of instruments which are used throughout the world. These include MBTI®, FIRO-B®, CPI 260/434®, PROFILOR®, Workplace Big 5® and Conflict Dynamics Profile®.

He is an associate of the Center for Creative Leadership and associate lecturer at the Open University Business School (www.open.ac.uk )

Piet is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, NIVE, NVP and NVO2.

His interest in art and creativity finds expression as a sculptor and member of a chorus.

Piet works in Dutch and German as well as in English.
